Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling the criteria of diagnosis according to EASI & SCORAD clinical scale for Atopic dermatitis. 2.Patient alredy dignosed with Atopic dermatitis with or without medication . 3.Patient willing to sign informed consent and able to participate in the study procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.K/c/o Diabetes mellitus 2.Ptient suffering from immunocompromised disease 3.Patient suffering from other skin disease 4.Patient allergic to trail drug or certain medication

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Reduction in itching & dryness at lesion siteTimepoint: Upto 14 days ,application of gel twice a day on daily bases

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.almost 90% reduction of atopic dermatitis 2.Improvement in overall skin of lesion siteTimepoint: by 28 days ,while application of gel twice a day at affected area
