Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Grade 3 and 4 CRS, IL6 level more than 400 pg/mL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant & Breastfeeding patients, Informed Refusal, Patients already on steroid therapy or immunosuppressants, Congenital or acquired immunodeficiency
