Intervention1: Neuromuscular training along with regular training: Intervention group will be given Neuromuscular training along with regular training with total 6 weeks for 3 days per week. Control I

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy male runner athletes. 2.Athletes who have been practicing running for at least 2 years. 3.Athletes who practices at least 5days per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of recent surgery or injury in last 6 months. 2.Athletes playing other sport along with running. 3.Any neurological, cardiological, psychological and other conditions. 4.Athletes involve in other training program along with standard running training.

Primary

1.Dynamic balance- Lower quarter Y-balance test 2. Speed- 30m sprint testTimepoint: 1. baseline and after 6 weeks. 2. baseline and after 6 weeks.
