Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtaining a score more than 50 on Mobile Phone Use Screening Test. 2. Willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of congenital and developmental diseases related to neck. 2. Any existing spinal pathology like tumour, fracture and undergone for surgery. 3. Diagnosed case of mechanical neck pain, vestibular deficit like vertigo, dizziness. 4. Visually impaired
