Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Junior residents and senior residents of Anesthesia department of King Georges Medical University, Lucknow 2. Residents willing to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Residents unwilling or unable to participate in the study. 2. Residents with a history of medical conditions that may impede active participation.
