Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 35 years and above. 2. Patient with degenerative changes in knee with mechanical axis deviation less than 10 degrees from normal. 3. Grade 1 and 2 KL Classified patients will be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under 35 years. 2. Gr 3 and Gr 4 KL Classified patients will be excluded. 3. Fractures with neurological disorder, systemic disorders, muscular dystrophy, muscle deficiencies, muscle weakness, metabolic bone diseases, affecting the bone metabolism. 4. With any deformity in axial skeleton. 5. With ligamentous incompetency/deficiency involving knee joint. 6. Soft tissue, or bone swelling causing knee misalignment. 7. With any condition warranting surgical intervention. 8. Already operated for joint/bone in the lower limb on either side. 9. Gross deformity in proximal (hip) and distal (ankle joint and foot) segments 10. BMI above morbid obesity
