Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Early menopausal women aged 38-44 Employed in desk-based jobs for at least 5 years Presenting with symptoms of LCS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with severe musculoskeletal disorders Postural changes like kyphosis and scoliosis Women with recent surgical history
