Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having any 5 or more symptoms from these diagnostic criteria like Chala Sphika Udara Stana/ Sphik stana udara lambana, Aalasya/Utsah haani, Daurbalya, Nidraadhikya, Swedaadhikya, Daurgandhya, Ati Pipasa, Ati Kshudha, Anga Gaurav, Bharavriddhi, Kshudra Shwasa/Aayase Shwasa. Patients of either sex between the age group of 20 to 50 years and diagnosed with above mentioned criteria of diagnosis irrespective of religion, caste, gender, socio economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age of the patients less than 20 year and more than 50 years. Systemic illness like Tuberculosis, Carcinoma and Thyroid disorders. Patients taking any medications leading to overweight such as Corticosteroids.
