Intervention1: Aerobic exercise: Subjects will be given warm up exercises for 5 mins followed by 30 mins Aerobic exercise with FITTs of : F: 3 days a week I: 60% HRmax T: Aerobic exercise T: 30 mins

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Headache during mensuration score above menstrual migraine scale females willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with other type of Migraine Pregnant or Lactating women Any preexisting medical conditions
