Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients requiring ICU admissions with in 24 hours patient on ventilator for more than 72 h patient not taking oral feeds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient not requiring ventilation for more than 72 hrs patient discharged with in 7 days
