Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy university students aged between 24 to 30 years No prior experience with yoga or meditation in the last one year Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any diagnosed physical or mental illness Participants on any ongoing medication History of substance abuse or major health conditions Prior experience with yoga or meditation within the past year
