Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Non-specific LBP (Back pain with or without leg pain) 2) Ability to read, write & speak Marathi language 3) Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological cause/ red flags: Suspected or confirmed serious spinal pathology (cauda equine syndrome, metastatic, inflammatory spinal disease, pre-existing neurological condition, infection) 2.Radiologically diagnosed spinal fracture, severe structural degeneration 3.Any spinal condition like Spondylolisthesis, Prolapsed intervertebral disc, or Spondylolysis with red flags signs and symptoms like unilateral or bilateral radicular pain with dermatomal reduced sensation, myotome weakness and neurological test positive. 4.History of trauma, spinal surgery 5.Diagnosed Mental health issues 6.Pregnant women 7.Clinically Diagnosed with cognitive impairment or who are unable to complete the questionnaire independently
