Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects from the age group 16-60 years irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, socio- economic status. 2. Subjects representing signs and symptoms of Vyanga (Melasma) and who are willing to participate in study with their consent. 3. Subjects fit for Nasya karma & Lepa Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having systemic and endocrinal diseases, like Addison s diseases, Cushing s syndrome etc. 2. Hyper pigmentation since birth like Nevus of Ota or caused by tumor like malignant melanoma. 3. Hyper pigmentation Patients with drug induced Melasma. 4. Vyanga along with Mukhadhusika. 5. Subjects having hypersensitive skin 6. Patients unfit for nasya and lepa karma are excluded from the treatment.

Subjective Parameters after the treatment to be assessed is Varna and size of the lesion. Objective Parameters to be assessed after the treatment are Assessment of MASI (Melasma Area & Severity Index) score and Fitzpatrick Scale. Timepoint: 0th day, 7th day, 15th day, 30th day	—
