Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Intertrochateric femur fractures Patients willing to give valid informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years , other limb fractures, GCS less than 8/15 , Rheumatoid arthritis patients, allergic to paracetamol and Buprenorphine drugs , epidural anesthesia given patients
