Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 60 years both Male and Female Normal healthy subjects and subjects suffering from any chronic stable co-morbid condition, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus HbA1c less than10%, chronic kidney disease, Chronic Liver Disease etc) Functional decline or limitation Unintentional weight loss Depressive mood Cognitive impairment Repeated falls Malnutrition and having either SARCF score equal to or greater than 4 or SARCCalF equal to or greater than11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bed-ridden subjects due to anticipated problems in workup Pregnant and lactating females Acutely ill subjects Patients admitted to ICU Subjects with contraindication for MRI Malignancy
