Intervention1: Yoga-based lifestyle intervention: Yoga-based lifestyle intervention group will be doing a structured yoga program focusing on Physical postures (asana), Breathing exercises (pranayama)

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with angiographically proven coronary artery disease. Clinically stable. Willingness to participate in Yoga program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable angina 2. Myocardial infarction during the last 6 weeks 3. Severe heart failure (NYHA III or IV) 4. Uncontrolled Hypertension or diabetes 5. Patients with atrial fibrillation, peripheral arterial disease and severe valvular disease 6.Any other significant co-morbidities 7.Participated in any form of Yoga-based lifestyle intervention in last 12 weeks
