Intervention1: Hand rehabilitation therapy using a Multi-functional sensor based hand rehabilitation device (HyperCube): A single session hand function training for 50 stroke survivors using HyperCube

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Stroke survivors prescribed for hand therapy by clinicians 2)Minimum score of 26 in Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pain in hand and fingers, Visual analogue scale (VAS) greater than 3 out of 10. 2) Musculoskeletal injury.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Clinician s feedback of HyperCube device. 2) Suitability of stroke survivors who can use the device. 3) System usability scale (SUS) as perceived by clinicians and System usability scale (SUS) as perceived by stroke subjects.Timepoint: After a day or within a week from enrollment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Qualitative summary of stroke survivors (both suitable and not suitable to use the device) including FMA - UE, Jebsen Taylor Hand function test, MoCA scores and finger range of motion. 2) Percentage of stroke survivors that can use the different mechanisms of the Hypercube device.Timepoint: After a day or within a week from enrollment.
