Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 40 years 2. Willing and able to perform informed consent for participation 3. Participants who are currently actively working.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals suffering from severe or terminal illnesses 2. Pregnant women 3. Individuals with significant cognitive impairment 4. Individuals with recent history of physical or emotional trauma 5. Non-consenting participants.

MeasureTime frame
To design a screening and assessment tool for screening for signs of early ageing and for multidimensional geriatric assessment to evaluate physical and mental health, functionality, and functional capabilities of the study population. Timepoint: On the day of the assessment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To validate the tool via face validity to ensure proper understanding of the questionnaire. 2. To perform content validity of the tool for ensuring comprehensive capturing of relevant data . Timepoint: 0-15 days
