Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient willing to give consent. 2.Age group 18-35 years. 3.Patient with primipara and multipara. 4.The patient having abortion in 1st trimester, 2nd trimester (till 16 weeks of abortion).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of Genetic factors and chromosomal abnormality. 2.Anatomical abnormalities of uterus. 3.Cervical incompetence.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of whether Venugranthikulthyadi Kwath aids in the proper evacuation and purification of the uterus post-abortion.Improvement in energy levels and reduction in fatigue post-abortion.Restoration of a regular menstrual cycle following the abortion.Timepoint: 3 follow-ups (every 7 days) 1st & 2nd follow-up with medicine & Last 3rd follow-up without medicine.

Duration required for the uterus to return to its normal state compared to standard treatments. Assessment through subjective feedback on relief from symptoms and ease of administrationTimepoint: 3 follow-ups (every 7 days) 1st & 2nd follow-up with medicine & Last 3rd follow-up without medicine.
