Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient having the signs and symptoms of Janusandhigata Vata Sandhishool Sandhishoth Sparshasahtva Akunchanjanyashool Prasaranjanyashool 2 Age of patient 40 to 70 years old 3 Patient will be selected irrespective of gender occupation and habitat 4 Patient fit for Janubasti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Those who do not fit for Janubasti 2 Patient who are below 40 and above 70yearold 3 Any Congenital deformity 4 Rheumatoid arthritis 5 Chronic skin disease 6 Gout Diabetes Meletus 7 Infectious disease like Osteomyelitis tuberculosis 8 Malignancy Primary tumours secondary deposition 9 Pregnant women lactating mothers 10 Patient on NSAIDs regularly and steroid dependant 11 Patient with trauma or Accident fracture
