Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 17-28 years collegiate adults, both males and females. 2. A positive patellar apprehension test 3. Have a first-time or recurrent patellar dislocation confirmed if Patellar dislocation was reduced by a healthcare professional or patient reports a visible lateral patellar dislocation or sensation of the patella popping out of joint. 4. Any complaint of difficulty walking on the affected limb, and/or buckling, catching or locking sensation in the knee. 5. Participants must be willing and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with any neurological conditions 2. Subjects diagnosed with any severe cardiovascular conditions 3. Subjects with traumatic patellofemoral instability 4. Any recent major surgeries 5. Severe deformities of the limbs 6. Any mental conditions 7. Unwillingness to continue the exercise sessions
