Inclusion criteria: inclusion: 1.AO/OTA-31-A1,A2 2.T-score of less than -2.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fracture 2.Multiple trauma 3.Delayed fracture more than 2 weeks
