Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 60 adult patients undergoing elective surgeries lasting more than 2 hours. Adults aged 18-65 years, ASA classification I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing pressure ulcers, spinal deformities, ASA classification IV-V, emergency surgeries, pregnancy, BMI over 35, patient having any previous back pain.
