Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Bank Employees who are willing to participate 2 Age between 21 to 60 years 3 Bank Employees of either sex will be selected 4 Bank Employees having burnout assessment tool 23 score more than 2.61 5 Bank Employees not having any chronic systemic diseases 6 Bank Employees having work experience more than one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Bank Employees who are not willing to to participate 2 Age less than 21 and more than 60 years 3 Bank Employees having burnout assessment tool 23 score less than 2.61 4 Bank Employees having chronic systemic diseases 5 Bank Employees doing regular any or both yoga and physical activities for stress management 6 Bank Employees not having work experience more than one year 7 Pregnant and lactating female Bank Employees
