Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the age group of 30-70 years of either sex present with clinical features of Madhumeha. 2. Patients having a fasting blood sugar level (FBS)greater than126mg/dL and less than200mg/dL. 3. Postprandialbloodsugar level (PPBS)greater than 200mg/dL and less than 350 mg/dL. 4. Writtenconsent showingwillingnesstoparticipateinthestudy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patientsbelow30yearsandabove70yearswillbeexcluded. 2.Pregnantandlactationmothers. 3.KnowncaseofType1DiabetesMellitusorI.D.D.M.Patients. 4.Type2DMpatientshavinginsulintherapyduetosecondaryfailure. 5.Patients sufferingfromthecomplicationsofDMlikeKetoacidosis,Neuropathy, Nephropathy,RetinopathyandDiabeticwounds. 6.Patientssufferingfromanyseveresystemicdisease,chronicinfectionsorany activemalignancy
