Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rhinorrhoea Headache Pain and tenderness over paranasal sinus Recurrent sneezing Anosmia or Hyposmia Nasal Obstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating mother Known case of CA Ophthalmic headache Otitis media Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Patients with any other serious systemic illnes
