Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of arsha attending the o.p.d and i.p.d of our ayurved hospital & Research institute. diagnosed cases of 3rd degree and 4th degree interno-external pile mass Patient fit for operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Rectal carcinoma Rectal prolapse Uncontrolled HT &DM Otherwise unfit for operation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We will assess bleeding per rectum and pain per anum.Timepoint: We will assess bleeding per rectum and pain in ano at zerodays, 7thdays, and 14th day. follow up will be taken 21th and 28th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
we will assess swelling per anum and condition of anal sphincter tone.Timepoint: we will assess swelling per anum and condition of anal sphincter tone at zero, 7th, and 14th day.
