Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having clinical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya. B.M.I in between 25-39.5 waist circumference , waist-hip ratio.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient below 20 years and above 60 year of age . patient with endrocrinal disorder and other systemic disease drug induced obesity patient with long term steroidal treatment
