Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 18-60 years Gender (Male/Female) ASA physical status I and II Patients undergoing elective surgery for upper limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with shoulder surgery Pre-existing neuropathy Bleeding diathesis Hypersensivity to local anaesthetic Pregnancy Obesity Lactating mothers
