Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical Status classification 1 and 2 2.Patient admitted for General surgeries /obstetrics surgeries/orthopedic surgeries are included 3.Hemodynamicaly stable patient 4.Surgeries of lower limbs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status classification 3 and 4. 2.Patient refusal /failed Spinal anesthesia 3.History of coagulopathy 4.Infection at the site of injection 5.Severe spinal deformity 6.Allergy to drugs 7.Patient with preexisting neurological deficits
