Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the GOLD classification of severity grade 2 2.According to the classification of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease severity 3.Moderate to severe sputum production greater than 1/2 table spoon 4.Stable patients with no exacerbations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of Tuberculosis and patients currently experiencing active tuberculosis. 2.Respiratory rate higher than 35 breathes per minute. 3.Pneumothorax. 4.Neurological impairments. 5.Recent history of Myocardial Infarction. 6.Tracheostomy patients. 7.Pneumonia. 8.Patients who find it difficult to perform the procedure. 9.Unresponsive patients.
