Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 45 years of age 2. Working in the Garment Factory across New Delhi. 3. Subjects with minimum one year experience 4. Both male and female subjects 5. Subjects who are willing participate in this study and able to comprehend Hindi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who have neck and shoulder surgery. 2.Subjects with history of tumour or injury to an anatomical structure. 3.Subjects diagnosed with cardiovascular and neurovascular disease. 4.Patients having congenital cervical disorder 5.Spinal deformity (Kyphosis, Lordosis and Scoliosis) 6.Subjects with known neurological, psychiatric and cardiovascular problems. 7.Pregnant women or postnatal in the last 3 months 8.Uncooperative subjects. 9.Systemic inflammatory disorder
