Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children age between 1 year completed â?? 6year completed. 2.Weight for the age between 61% â?? 80 % of expected body weight that means the height for the age is normal but having low weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children Associated with Congenital disease. 2.In born errors of metabolism,Patients with congenital anomaly,physical disability. 3.Secondary malnutrition. 4.The patient is not willing to continue follow up and the assessment schedule. 5.Patients with chronic systemic disease like tuberculosis,cardiac and renal problems, suffering from UTI , Diabetes mellituse. 6.Children who are stunted and wasted.
