Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of patient should be lie between 30-65 years Both obese and non-obese patients FBS level from 120 to 250 mg/dl PPBS level from 180-350mg/dl HbA1C is 5.7to 7.0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have other complications of diabetes like DKA, HTN, UTI will be excluded. Patients having insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and receiving insulin. . Excessive blood glucose levels, FBS exceeding 250mg/dl, PPBS more than 350mg/dl. Emergency cases in DM. Garbhini and Sutika.
