Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Cricket players. Players playing team sports for leisure or for relaxation. Players playing team sports since at least a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with acute or chronic pain in upper limb or lower limb. Players with a history of recent surgery or fracture, ligament or tendon injury, joint instability which restricted movements of upper limb and lower limb affecting performance of VJ. Players with any neurological disorders or any spinal pathology.
