Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age group 40-70 years irrespective of gender, education or socioeconomic status but professionally involved in farming. 2. Patients exhibiting clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. 3. Patient will be diagnosed by kellgren and lawrence s grading (kl) grading scheme. 4. Patients will be assessed by lower extremities functional scale (lefs) will be used for assesment criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below age group of 40 years and above 70 years. 2. Patient with severe comorbidities requiring specialization treatment will not be included in study. 3. Patient diagnosed with grade 4 osteoarthritis of knee joint according to kellgren and law-rence s grading (kl) grading scheme.

Timepoint: FOLLOW UP TO BE DONE AFTER 15 DAYS,WITH MINIMUM 6 FOLLOW UP OR AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
