Inclusion criteria: Adults 18yrs of age and older admitted in ICU All patients who receive non invasive ventilation through facemask CPAP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patient Post surgery patient Uncooperative patients

To identify the Non Invasive Ventilation failure using Updated HACOR ScoreTimepoint: Modified HACOR score will be calculated at Immediately after initiation of CPAP One hour after CPAP Second hour after initiation of CPAP
