Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Trainers Age group between 18-58 years. Who can read and write Kannada/English. Core group members Age group between 18-25 years. The students studying in PU colleges of selected educational institutes. Who can read and write Kannada/English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are not willing to participate. Those who got trained in CPR. Those who have a history of physical health problems such as hand fractures, or back pain.
