Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients complaining of Asrigdara having any two of the following symptoms: Heavy menstrual bleeding,Prolonged menstrual bleeding (with the duration of bleeding more than 7 days),Inter menstrual bleeding,Frequent menstrual cycle (interval less than 21 days) 2.Both married and unmarried female patients 3.Hb% More than 10 gm/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having bleeding due to abortion 2.Pregnant women 3.Patient had uterine and pelvic pathologies (fibroids,adenomyosis),benign and malignant growths in the uterus,Endometrial and endocervical polyps were present,Congenital anomalies,Thyroid dysfunction. 4.Chronic systemic disease like uncontrolled Hypertension,uncontrolled Diabetes. 5.Patients using Intra uterine contraceptive device and who are taking OCPs.
