Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of nasarsha w.s.r to ethmoidal nasal polyp as per diagnostic criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Entrochoanal Polyp 2.Nasya Ayogya 3.Pregnant Women 4.Lactating mother 5.Other nasal masses like angiofibroma, malignant masses, cystic fibrosis by clinical history or examination 6.Severe debilitating medical condition like HIV, cancer, tuberculosis etc by clinical history or examination 7.Infectious sinusitis with mucopurulent or purulent nasal discharge 8.Grade 4 ethmoidal nasal polyps which completely obstruct the nasal cavity 9.Patient not willing to be registered for the trial
