| Having a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms behind leptin and leptin receptors may enable researchers to address leptin dysregulation in type 2 diabetes more precisely and specifically related to glucose and insulin. Additionally, assessing the progression of the disease and early identification of high-risk individuals may benefit from examining the genetic markers implicated in leptin gene regulation at transcriptional levels. It would aid in the identification of possible treatment biomarkers and aid in comprehending their function in the pathophysiology of illness. To our knowledge, it would be the first association study of its sort examining the potential relationship between Unani temperament concept and T2DM with regard to LEP and LEPR genes. Ideally, it would act as a basis for encouraging further researchers to look into genetic indicators in conjunction with Unani philosophy.Timepoint: 3 years | — |
