Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Consenting patients 2. ASA I, II 3. Patient in the age group of 18-65 year with either gender 4. Patients to be done by ENT surgeries under local anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Associated uncontrolled and severe systemic comorbidities. 3. Hypersenstivity to study drugs 4. Pregnant and lactating women
