Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: As a retrospective study, the inclusion criteria are Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) patients who have received Swayampurn Upchar therapy at Niraamay Wellness Center between 2015 and 2024, with available pre-treatment and post-treatment data.

1) To evaluate the effectiveness of Swayampurn Upchar in managing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus among individuals affected by the condition. 2) To evaluate the impact of Swayampurn Upchar in reducing overall symptoms associated with Type 2 Diabetes among individuals affected by the condition.Timepoint: At baseline and post 6 months

To evaluate improvements in laboratory parameters associated with the use of Swayampurn Upchar in the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Timepoint: At baseline & post 6 months;To assess the impact of diabetes on mental health & emotional status by identifying common emotional responses & psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, frustration, stress, & other related factors, among Study participants living with diabetes.Timepoint: At baseline & post 6 months
