Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis of permanent mandibular first and second molar teeth were included in the study. ASA category I,II Patients age group 18-60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non-vital tooth Endodontic retreatment Tooth with root resorption,open apex Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease Tooth with multiple wall defects Tooth with periapical index more than 2 Periodontally compromised teeth Pregnancy and lactating mother Tooth with abberant root canal anatomy
