Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Children between the age group of 4-16 years irrespective of gender, religion and socioeconomic status. 2- Swastha Bala. 3- All systemic disorders indicated for Abhyanga. 4- Children whose parents are willing to give written informed assent to enroll in the study and getting their child undergo Abhyanga in IPD, JSSAMC, Mysuru.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Children who are suffering from Autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, psychological disorders and the children who are not able to speak. 2- Children who are not cooperative for Abhyanga. 3- Children who are not suitable for Abhyanga.

Development of preliminary standards of Abhyanga in children based on duration of Abhyanga, duration of retention of oil on the body based on age group and body surface area, ambient temperature, body temperature of child, tolerance of oil temperature, vital parameters, capillary refilling time, skin turgor, skin moisture, sweat pH, skin pH, Sleep and fatigue.Timepoint: Everyday- Ambient temperature, Body temperature of child, Oil temperature, Vital parameters, Sweat pH.
