Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective percutaneous nephrolithotomy under general anesthesia with ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal , chronic steroid use, diabetes mellitus patients, bilateral surgery
