Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and Lactating women. 2.Mentally unstable individuals. 3.Individuals who have or had a past history of Thyroid, Diabetes, PCOD, Malignant tumor. 4.Individuals who have or had a past history of Menstrual Disorders like; Amenorrhea, Oligomenorrhea, Metrorrhagia, polymenorrhea, AUB, Hypomenorrhea, Dysmenorrhea etc.
