Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 age group 20 to 50 years 2 Sex Both Male and Female 3 Patient with Symptoms of manyastambha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with the associated medical problems like hypertension, meningitis 2 Any skin disorders 3 Non cooperative patients 4 patients with traumatic injury and metabolic disease 5 all the conditions in which Nasya karma is conta indicated

Subjective parameters (stiffness, pain ,immobility)objective parameter(tenderness, swelling, range of motion) grading will be done and CBC ESR Xray Urine complete will be done for ManyastambhaTimepoint: The outcome will be assessed/estimated after 3 weeks
