Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Amateur Female Athletes involved in high impact sports such as volleyball, long distance running and sprinting 2. Duration of playing sport per week 2.5 to 5 hours 3. Duration of athletic activity 1-2 years 4. confirmed Pelvic Floor Dysfunction on the basis of PFDI-20 score for case group 5. Healthy Amateur Female Athletes for Control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. P/H/O of any pelvic surgeries or Abdominal surgeries. 2. Current pregnancy, postpartum period (6 months) 3. H/O hip or lower back injuries in last 6 months

Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory PFDI-20 QuestionnaireTimepoint: All the Participants will be screened 1 time for Pelvic floor Dysfunction using PFDI-20 Questionnaire

MeasureTime frame
BTS FREEEMG 1000 wireless surface EMG(Electromyography)Timepoint: Age matched individuals with and without PFD will be undergoing Surface EMG analysis for Anterior Oblique Sling Muscles for 1 time
