Inclusion criteria: 1st year UG students who are Physically healthy Cognitive Test Anxiety Scale score from 24 to 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with Psychiatrics disorder or systemic disorder Cognitive test Scale 23 and above 80
